Generate UUID and encode as Base58
UUIDs are 36 characters with hyphens; Base58 encoding strips the hyphens and uses a compact alphabet (no 0, O, I, l) that avoids copy-paste confusion. This chain generates a v4 UUID and then Base58-encodes its bytes, yielding a shorter identifier ideal for shareable links or public-facing IDs.
What it solves
Generate a random UUID and encode it as Base58 for a shorter, URL-friendly identifier.
