Hash text and verify integrity
A staple of release verification and config-integrity checks. The first node computes a hash (e.g. SHA-256) of the input; the second node compares the computed hash against an expected value you provide. A match confirms the input has not been tampered with since the expected hash was recorded.
What it solves
Compute a hash of the input text and compare it against an expected hash to verify integrity.
Input → Output
Hash Calculator input → Hash Compare output across 2 steps.

1–2 minutes · fully local in your browser.
Before you start
- The text to verify
- The expected hash value for comparison
The pipeline
-
Compute MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, or SHA-512 hashes with hex or Base64 output. Free, private, and 100% client-side.
Params: algorithm=sha256
-
Compare MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384, SHA-512 of the same input. Free, private, 100% client-side.
