Config Merge
Merge two JSON configs given as two objects on separate lines. The merge is shallow — later values win per top-level key, and nested objects are replaced wholesale, not deep-merged. Each object must fit on a single line (pretty-printed multi-line JSON is rejected). TOOL
ENV Parser
Parse .env-style KEY=VALUE lines into JSON. Blank lines and #-prefixed comments are skipped. dotenv conventions beyond that are not implemented: an "export " prefix stays in the key (export PORT=3000 → "export PORT"), and quotes around values are kept verbatim. TOOL
