GitOps
GitOps treats the Git repository as the single source of truth for infrastructure and application state, automatically syncing Git to clusters, with PRs driving operations.

Mechanism
Declarative descriptions of the cluster's desired state live in Git. Controllers (ArgoCD/Flux) continuously sync Git to the cluster. Changes go through PR review. Audit logs come free. Rollback is just git revert.
